Sambal for petai or asam fish and asam soup

 SIL gave us some palatable sambai petai.

So delicious that everyone was asking for recipe.

So here's the secret recipe from her:

ginger, tumeric, gelanggal, chilli, laksa flower, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, lime leaf, laksa leaf -- blend all

stir fry at low flame. keep in freezer

when want to use add shallot and garlic, lemongrass, lime leaf again.

Add tomato , yellow or big onion, belacan, a bit of fish sauce and asam water,  sugar a bit to enhance the taste
